A Board of volunteers nominated by the General Assembly once every three years, and comprises 9 members with medical, administrative, financial, and technical backgrounds. The Board manages the AMR's affairs through the executive management that includes the CEO and a number of departments that operate and follow up on the administrative, financial, and technical amongst other works.
