Field Visit to Strengthen Connections with Our Teams in Camps and Medical Centers

Believing that effective work begins in the field, and in line with its vision to build cohesive teams that value field efforts and share the details of the workday on the ground,
our team from the Financial Resources Development Department embarked on field visits to Al-Azraq and Al-Zaatari refugee camps, as well as the Irbid Charitable Medical Center. The team met with colleagues at the Comprehensive Health Center, Sheikh Jassim Center, Qatar Charity Center, and Al-Amal Health Promotion Center, where they observed the daily challenges faced by the medical teams.

The visits provided a genuine opportunity to exchange ideas and suggestions for improving the work, strengthen ties with technical staff in the field, and break barriers while enhancing mutual trust. It was also a chance to build real connections with colleagues on the frontlines, gain first-hand insight into impactful humanitarian stories, explore innovative ways to narrate them, develop tools for marketing the impact of fieldwork, and discover real stories that could inspire donors and partners.

At the conclusion of the tour, the team expressed its deep appreciation for the dedication of field workers, praising the spirit of giving they witnessed in every location, and affirming that belonging to the Association begins when everyone sees themselves as part of the same mission and the same message.
