Agreement Signed Between Greater Irbid Municipality and the Arab Medical Relief Association (AMR)

The Greater Irbid Municipality and the Arab Medical Relief Association (AMR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of the President of the Irbid Chamber of Industry and representatives from the hospital sector and professional unions. The agreement aims to enhance cooperation and joint participation in launching the campaign “Your Wound Is Our Wound, Gaza”, which seeks to provide medical treatment for 500 injured individuals from Gaza in Jordanian hospitals.

The agreement stipulates the collection of medical donations from local community institutions to support the treatment of the injured people of Gaza and strengthen their resilience, in cooperation with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO).

The memorandum was signed by Dr. Eng. Nabil Al-Kofahi, Mayor of Greater Irbid Municipality, and Dr. Awni Al-Bashir, representing the Arab Medical Relief Association.
